Sue McHugh Quartet with Colin Steele, Saturday 6th April

As in past years, April sees the return of the house band with a special guest and this time we’re delighted to welcome Colin Steele.

Colin – one of the busiest musicians around – is a frequent visitor to Linlithgow Jazz and always brings his A game (like most musicians, he loves playing here to our appreciative audience).

Colin will be joining Sue McHugh (vocals), Campbell Normand (piano), Jimmy Taylor (bass) and Dave Swanson (drums) for a great evening of swinging music, from the Great American Songbook and beyond.

Tickets (£12) are now on sale – we sold quite a few at our last event and the rest are now with Far From the Madding Crowd, 20 High Street, Linlithgow, plus there are some online at TicketSource.

We have had a fantastic response to all our events this year so far, so – if you are considering coming to this one – please don’t leave it to the last minute to buy your ticket as you may be disappointed.

Like all shows it’s at the Queen Margaret Hall, Blackness Road. Linlithgow. EH49 7JA and start at 7:30pm. Doors open at 7pm. And as ever the night is BYOB (and snacks etc), so don’t forget to give yourselves time to nip across the road to the supermarket! There is however tea/coffee available at the interval. The fun takes place in the Queen Margaret Hall (see the About section for details) and doors open at 7pm for a 7:30pm start, running till around 10pm.
